This four-stage process is derived from David Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory (1984) and many other approaches in educational theory. Each stage has a specific focus, measurable outcomes, and a clear pedagogical objective.

Stage 1: Concrete Experience (15%)

Objective: Orientation to the course and subject, and equalisation of learning levels.
At this initial stage, our faculty helps students bridge their previous learning with the course framework. The emphasis is on easing into the subject, understanding core concepts, and building a strong foundation.
Agenda: “Slow Start, Strong Base.”

Stage 2: Reflective Observation (30%)

Objective: Emphasis on core learning and connection across the breadth of the subject.
This stage focuses on intensive conceptual learning. Students are guided to relate new ideas to their existing knowledge and recognize patterns across topics. Quizzes, discussions, and guided reflections help strengthen comprehension.
Agenda: “Absorb New Ideas, Connect Them, and Grow.”

Stage 3: Deep Perception (30%)

Objective: Development of critical and analytical understanding through theories and assessments.
Here, learners move beyond information to interpretation. The focus is on higher-order learning—critical reading, conceptual clarity, and analytical discussion.
Agenda: “Read Critically, Analyse Deeply, Interpret Insightfully, Learn Like a Scholar.”

Stage 4: Active Experimentation (25%)

Objective: Application of knowledge through exam-style practice and performance training.
In this final stage, students apply their learning to practical contexts through mock exams, rapid revision sessions, and discussions of previous year questions (PYQs). This phase consolidates confidence and exam readiness.
Agenda: “Apply, Revise, and Excel.”
