Comprehensive NET English Literature (Offline) (6M) @Ernakulam

I am Divya S. from Tamil Nadu. I never thought of clearing Net even in my imagination till last year.Because I thought it is impossible for me. But due to career pressure, I decided to prepare for UGCNet exam. So, when I was searching for correct guidance to prepare for the exam, I heard aboutVallath's best coaching. So, at the beginning I was a subscriber of Kalyani Vallath's YouTube channel.I got a lot of insights and outline from it. I almost learnt British literature from the YouTube channel.Then I joined Vallath's NTA NET One Month Crash Course. It was an such an amazing course. Andonly because of this course I cleared my UGC NET exam. Though I joined D24 Vallath comprehensiveonline course later after the exam, the one-month course contributes to my success.

Thank you so much mam for making my dream come true. Your constant encouragement andcoaching have made this possible. I also thank all the staffs who took class in the vallath's one monthcourse. The subject wise quiz and revision classes were also very useful for me to make the learningprocess easy.

I was not very interested in English Literature. I think ignorance was one of the reasons. I always felt,there was more to literature. I tried reading William J Long and I liked it but my environment wassuch that I got discouraged. I read a few novels and dramas and then from my 3rd yr to Masters, Ididn't read any novels and drama, only summaries and analysis. I was not even serious about UGCNET then in 3rd Sem MA, I decided to give it a shot. So, I just gave the exam without preparation,without thinking much in DEC 2022. I got 55 percentiles overall and 18 percentiles in paper 2. It wasterrible but I liked the exam. So, I took 3-4 months to decide, what to do next. Then in July, I foundmam in Quora (everyone was praising like crazy), I decided to take the self- paced course. The nextexam I gave in Dec 2023 with some preparation, I got 163 marks (182 was cutoff) and then I took 1month course for June 2024 exam, and I messed up the first exam due to health issues. Then Idecided to take the 6-month course and just in 2 months, I improved from 150 marks to 186(98.66percentile) marks and qualified Net. And during this journey, I learnt so many things, I can't explainin words. I learned to study everyday with consistency. Earlier for me, studying once in a month wasalso difficult for me. I had serious concentration issues, but now I can concentrate a lot more than Icould previously do. I learnt to get up early, attend the class. I saw so many positive changes in myattitude towards studies and life in general. I always thought my life is so difficult, dealing withAsthma and allergies but now I realized everyone has something or the other thing to deal with. Ialso somewhere had fear of failure but mam's affirmations really worked. It is not just passing anexam for me. It is a transformative experience. I will be forever grateful for this experience and forKalyani mam's honest efforts & dedication to make us all the best version of ourselves. And I am alsograteful towards all the teachers of vallath education, who put their best effort to make things easierfor us. I have never seen such dedication anywhere else. That is what is the most inspiring thingabout this institute. I hope to get JRF in near future. And I will do my best because I am getting yourbest.

Like everyone else, I was really having a rough time figuring out how to work smart as well workhard with the vast syllabus of NET. I finally decided to study unit wise and was almost through withDrama when I discovered Kalyani Ma'am during G B Shaw. That was first vallath video I ever watchedand the rest is history. My June 2024 attempt was immensely dependent on your YouTube videosand, as I later discovered, your pdfs on the free telegram group. It was really a game changer for me.By the time the retest came around, I had already enrolled in the course because I have neverknown any other teacher to teach with so much energy, in a such a fun comprehensive manner.Ma'am, you don't just teach, you help us study!

I did not imagine that just by attending a few videos and studying a few pdf (I was far from coveringthe syllabus), I would qualify for PhD.

I am really grateful to Ma'am, who inspires me to be half as good a teach as her someday, and to theentire team here who have made studying and revising so seamless for us. The entire coursestructure, although virtual, is one of the most present virtual educational environments that I haveever seen.

This is just the beginning. This win has really motivated me to work harder for lectureship and JRF.Vallath is indeed been one of the best decisions of my life and knowing Kalyani Ma'am and beingtaught by her is a huge honour. She is a great role model for anyone who aspires to teach at anylevel!

Your Encyclopedias are pure magic, Ma'am. You literally put the vast world of literature into thosebooks with years of dedication making it easy for students like me to achieve our dream. I canvisualise each page of your encyclopaedias in my mind because I followed your advice and spentmost of my time with the books. It wasn’t an easy journey and there were days I couldn't sleepbecause I felt I hadn't studied enough. I was hard on myself but it was all worth.

Basically I m a sports person who never concentrate on studies during the college days, there was asudden twist in my life after completing my PG , I turned my focus to studies , Prepared for TNPSCand Working as a VAO since 2013 in Tamil Nadau revenue department, on that time I never knowthat I can appear for TRB English , then by the help of my friend I came to know that I am alsoeligible for TRB Polytechnic English Lecture Exam so I turned my focus towards literature and alsosecured State 7 Position in TN Polytechnic Lecture Exam in 2017 which was cancelled by the TamilNadau govt for malpractice of some indisciplined student. During those days I never think that I cancrack NET. Corona totally spoiled my studies, I can't even touch book those days. Recently TNgovernment announced the recruitment for TN Arts college professor Exam in 2024 but I don't havethe qualification for that exam, my only chance is I can appear for that TN Arts college exam if I clear2024 NET/ SET, I don't even know the syllabus before I join online 6 month jun2024 batch, I tried toattend all the classes but I can't , I applied for leave but my higher officials didn't support me so Imissed lots of classes and also suffered a lot to get some time for revise the Encyclopedias,accidentally I saw the videos of vallath Mam's crash course in YouTube then only I got some courage,I used those videos in free time that helps me a lot ,after that I focused more on that videos onlybecause of my situation, by the help of those videos I scored 96 questions in June 19 NET but thatexam cancelled ,after sometimes I again joined December 2024- 6 month online course, this time Ican attend more live classes till 21 August so I cleared NET 170 marks with 95.51 percentile in myfirst ever attempt itself. It's a surprise for me.

I can openly declare a thing that if u guys spend 1 year wholeheartedly then u can easily crack NETwith JRF. Here we have more than what we need. Even if we studied quatre of what we have in hand(those encyclopaedias and pdfs) then success is ours….
